Cancellation Policy

All Services: Booking deposit is non-refundable. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule an appointment. No-Shows and multiple Last Minute Cancellations will be banned from future bookings. Please be kind to your artist and provide timely notice to schedule changes.
